Mataking Island here I m!

at last my trip to Mataking is succeed!

really so much thx for those who joined me (Cayenne, Tim, Lan, Victor, Liau, Cheong)

another thx for Tim for becoming my driver fetching me here n there

really not easy to organize a trip n sad to always hear when ur frens say join but a sudden say no to u

Mataking Island!! a really nice island n worth for u to go
as it is the most beautiful island (after Sipadan?) and most romantic island in Sabah

look look at the nice view of Mataking!!!!

a lot of ppl having wedding shooting n ceremony here include a dive wedding!

a little info on Mataking island:

it divided to 2 which is Mataking Besar n Mataking Kecil

fun part is, we can walk to Mataking Kecil if low tide but if high tide the way will be blocked

actually Mataking Island is a quite small island as we can walk all around it

my 1st time to Mataking & i experienced a lot of 1st time here includes:

1st time been to beach island resort

1st time kayaking - give up half way when we row back coz it was difficult to fight wit the wave X.X

1st time snorkeling- 1st time above the fishes!!! great fun fun but feel nt really enough heheee

1st time drank 1 mouth of sea water

me me!! at the jetty! (Semporna)

off we go! the only 2 girls for this trip



once reached, i got the warmest welcome from the resort singers

HOWEVER, they dint sing for us when we go back

they serve us a glass of juice with wet towel right after we arrive

45 min boat from my left finger(Semporna) to right finger(Mataking)

Mataking is the furthest island among the islands around Semporna

our room-Premium type (the most cheapest 1)

got some other more luxury types of room

each room got their own names n tis 1 is the name of my room ^^

Coconut crab! - we were quite lucky to see a male coconut crab that nite

but nt tat lucky to see turtle lay egg :(

The Watch Tower - we suppose wan to see sunrise here but everyone nt willing to wake!

the trip was really great n fun!!

however i got bit disappointment with the meals as it nt really taste that nice n not much choice for the buffet style & they dint provide all the breakfast that we ordered
